Big Eyes

I often find it interesting which photos people like the best, at least based on the comments I receive or don’t receive. For example, I received a lot more comments on the Sydney Harbour image compared to yesterday’s shot of the Queen Mary 2. I thought the Queen Mary one was a lot better, but then what do I know.

One of my favorite places in Sydney, at least the little bit of it I know so far, is the Royal Botanic Gardens. Located next to downtown near the Opera House, it’s a great location to stroll around. The only downer is having to watch out you don’t get pooed on by all the fruit bats hanging in the trees. And of course, wherever there’s flowers and fruit bats, there’s bugs!

And thanks for the logo, Amy! (Check out her website!)

Nature shots and extreme close-ups are always my faves.
