Sharing is caring, so in that spirit here is a few interesting things I’ve come across in the photography world over the past few weeks that you might find interesting as well.
I met Craig Ferguson a couple years ago on a trip to Taiwan. While I was in Taipei, I of course made my way over to Taipei 101 for some photos. I was never quite happy with my own result, but Craig had better luck recently.
Khutzeymateen sounds like it’s somewhere in Central Asia but it’s actually an area of coastal British Columbia. David duChemin was there earlier this year to photograph bears and brought back a nice set of images highlighting the tremendous beauty of a part of the world that has now been added to my long list of place to visit. As an aside, I’ll be attending a week-long photography workshop co-led by David next month in Oaxaca, Mexico, to photograph the Day of the Dead celebration.
Burning Man 2013
Burning Man has been on my to-do list for quite a few years. I think it’s time to put forth a more concerted effort at making it happen.
A nice image of Singapore by Nicholas Chew Photography.
