Gasworks – A photo essay

Seattle’s Gasworks Park is one of my favorite places in the city. When I was back in Seattle last summer, they had recently repainted many of the old machines and refinery equipment. Here’s a quick photo essay of some images I took there one day. The new paint really helped to make for some colorful images.

Today’s Photo

While I tend to mostly post travel images on the blog here, loyal followers know that I don’t just shoot travel photos and therefore I like to mix things up occasionally. Keeps everyone on their toes. Of course, a photo of what’s a familiar place for me could very well be a ‘travel’ photo for someone else. It’s all in your perspective. In this case, the old refining equipment at Seattle’s Gasworks Park, which was recently repainted, provides a great study in color.
